Question by Ashton: Do cats get out of the Pet Safe electronic dog door? Would you recommend it?
I?m not looking for a review, and I have a few other questions.
1. I have two cats and live in the country so I need an electric pet door. I have seen about half excellent reviews, and half terrible so I?m guessing some of the doors are defective. Is that right?
2. If one door breaks, will Petsafe send you a new one for free?
3. How long does it take the door to lock after the dog comes back in or out?

You can always call the company that you bought or intend to buy from IF cats can get past the electric door. Perhaps another manufacturer of a similar product will work better than the Pet Safe trademark brand name. ?
