* To act as 1st line of defence for GTS Change Management and its associated businesses and functions. To set risk appetite, owning and managing its risks within the overall Group risk appetite, and being responsible for complying with all Group policies

* To make informed decisions, often of a critical nature, using acquired business knowledge, experience and judgement for issues within their particular remit

* Assess future business needs within own areas of responsibility, and develop plans to support the future strategic direction of the business. Accommodate the complexity and ambiguity of conflicting business demands

* Lead, design and deliver solutions in support of multiple business partners, stakeholders and suppliers
