Hey Zuzanna and Freddy!
I found you guys on Youtube a week ago and got totally inspired, motivated. I?ve been jogging for a month and a half now, doing 5km 5 times a week. Like alot of women, I gained weight after my ex boyfriend left me. I thought it was the end of the world and that I would never find someone as awesome to share life with. Strangely, it was a very unhealthy relationship including alot of fighting, drinking and drugs. Since January, I only drink occasionally. I quit smoking but did not eat regularly. I was still deeply hurt and could not gather enough strenght to start being active again. Nearly two months ago, I snapped out of it. Got back to wanting to feel good and look good. I hate gyms because I am too self-conscious and I don?t like team sports because being younger, I would get bullied alot. I wanted to start boxing again but the old place where I used to go shut down and the other club was too far away. I told myself I would start running to burn some fat off. It worked some, I lost some thighs and waist, but I want to get in even better shape and not just have cardio! Luckily, I found you guys! I am so happy and I love your site! It?s such an infinite source of ideas and inspiration and motivation! I only started 2 days ago doing your workouts and I?m already addicted! I took some before pictures! So here I am, after the What?s my Name workout! I?m hoping for a more flat belly and firmer thighs which I?m sure I will obtain with your awesome workouts!
P.S.: My upper shoulder was freshly tattooed and the sweat burnt so bad!! And so did my legs Hahahah
